All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment methods accepted are specified on our Website. Full payment is required to confirm tour bookings unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Booking Confirmation

Upon completing your booking and making payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. This confirmation serves as proof of your booking and contains important information about your tour.

3.4 Special Requirements

If you have any special requirements (dietary, medical, or otherwise), you must inform us at the time of booking. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requirements, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by You

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date: Full refund minus administrative fee
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the tour date: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made 0-14 days before the tour date: No refund

4.2 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, insufficient bookings, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer you the choice of:

  • A full refund of the amount paid
  • An alternative tour of equivalent value
  • A credit for future use

We are not responsible for any additional expenses you may incur as a result of our cancellation, such as accommodation, transportation, or other travel arrangements.
